Sleep Inn & Suites Mount Olive North

Came in at around 1 in the morning a couple days ago. I Didn’t catch the young ladies name at the desk. she was such a help! I don’t speak good English so Im using google translate for this! I didn’t know how to speak to her but she pulled out google translate and helped me get a room! Me and my family were very exhausted from our road trip and we needed an accommodation quick! Thanks to that young lady!

Rooms very clean. Bed not very comfortable. A new mattress may help. People above us must have had kids we could hear running and jumping.

This is a pretty good hotel to go to if you need to book a hotel in the area. I didn't give this hotel a perfect score but it could have if we didn't have a small issue. 5 Star means no complaints to me and would rate 4.5 If that was an option. Things that I like. 1. The staff, everybody from the front desk to the cleaning people were very nice. 2. The Continental breakfast was pretty good and fun for the kids. They have a make your own waffle station with other carb loading items, along with fruit, orange juice, apple juice, cranberry juice. 3. Room service was very responsive with quick service but that leads to why the perfect score was not obtained. The one that that I didn't like. The pullout couch mattress had pee stains on it which I'm sure the last occupants did not notify the staff but at the same time, staff did not do a thorough check of the room before making it available. I'm sure that now this problem will not happen again but with my experience at this time misses the mark for a perfect score but I do recommend this hotel. Has good pricing for what you get.

The room was clean & comfortable. The a/c-heat unit worked properly. The pillows were small & flat but were fine doubled up. The bed was okay. The shower was a little weird and could have used a hand bar. Breakfast was okay... waffles, cold cereal, microwave breakfast biscuits, yogurt cups.

A nice hotel for the area. Breakfast while continental, was good and fresh. The lady helping with breakfast was phenomenal. The rooms were clean and large. Service at the desk was okay, but had constant problems with WiFi and no guide for the tv channels.

Great location within walking distance to restaurants and across the street from Walmart. Very quiet. Decent rooms. Beds are a little hard but still fairly comfortable. The one thing that was a negative was that when I went into the bathroom the next morning there was a small pool of water in the tub that was rust colored and I'm not sure what it actually was. Thankfully I had taken a shower the evening before.

Ironic to be called Sleep Inn, with a breakfast time that ends early compared to most hotels, and an employee was even removing the food before the stated end time. Pet fee was higher than most.

We stayed here for my daughter's graduation from Univ. of Mount Olive. Since this is the only hotel in the area, reservations are a must. The staff members we interacted with were pleasant. The room was clean & comfortable. The a/c-heat unit worked properly with no weird smells. The pillows were small & flat once you unfolded them but were fine doubled up. The beds were comfortable & everyone slept well. Breakfast was only okay... waffles, cold cereal, microwave breakfast biscuits, yogurt cups, cold boiled eggs, coffee/tea/cocoa/juice. No hot options (eggs, omelets, bacon, sausage, potatoes). I was impressed by the variety of tea options. The commercial coffee machine was strange. Overall, it wasn't fabulous but it was fine for a small town hotel & I would stay again.
